Network Marketing Content – Why Mlm Articles Are The Secret To Your Business Growth

What’s the best way for network marketers to get started online? This is easily the most commonly asked question from inexperienced networkers looking to use the internet to get their attraction marketing process underway.

Quite simply, it’s article marketing. Articles are the mainstay of most online marketing campaigns. Network marketing articles will form the foundation for your MLM promotions. Here’s a few reasons why:

- articles are a cheap way to promote your business

- articles have a long shelf life in fact, as long as the internet “stays on it’s feet” articles will be there attracting attention

- articles are viral; they can be picked up by other webmasters and displayed on their sites

- there’s no limit to the number of articles you can produce and publish

Attraction Marketing Articles

Inexperienced network marketers coming online to promote using Ann Sieg’s attracting marketing blueprint, The Renegade Network Marketer always seem to get stuck on the starting line. It seems they get overwhelmed by the thought of putting up a website.

We’re saying in the initial stages, you don’t need a website. In fact, you can simply get by with article marketing until such time you are experienced and proficient enough to build your own site. Content is the backbone of the internet. People go online looking for solutions to problems in just about any area of life. Network marketing is no different.

Now to take this a step further – if you want a site to start branding yourself initially, use web 2 properties. For example, by creating a Squidoo lens and pointing your article links back to it is a powerful way to get the branding process underway. Setting up web 2 properties is free and generally easy. And the bonus is, you can “piggy back” off the back of the ranking power of these sites to have an immediate impact in the search engines.

Worried about coming up with content? Well, the good news is there are services available where you can purchase network marketing content for a minimal fee. The advantage with these is they are great for generating the idea flow. In other words, not only do you have a head start with the content but you also beat writer’s block.

By getting content online and in numbers you create the type of momentum that becomes unstoppable. The more the better. It’s the key to establishing yourself and branding your internet network marketing identity.

Corporate Change: How To Use Staffing Firms And Reducing Costs In The Long Run

One solution that many companies are investing in to solve their staffing problems for corporate change is to resort to staffing firms. Staffing firms provide organizations with manpower, specific to their needs, in a quick and efficient manner. But even though this is a great way of meeting staffing needs it has both benefits and some potentially serious pitfalls.

One of the pitfalls to employing a staffing firm for corporate change needs is that regular employees can be resentful toward temporary staffers. The regular employees may feel threatened and they may take an attitude of, “Who is this person to tell me how to do my job?” On the upside, though, these people from staffing terms can bring the needed focus into the corporate change initiatives.

Sometimes, businesses don’t even bother with staffing firms because they can cost a lot of money. What is often overlooked is that the firms providing these staffers are matching, sometimes overnight, a very specific need. Searching for a permanent staffer who is uniquely qualified could also cost a lot of money after all.

Organizations are paying for a reduction in risk. Higher risk is being taken by the temporary staffer because they have to put on a high level of performance to impress the management. Moreover, they can be replaced with ease. It is that reduced risk that the management is paying for.

Employers have a tendency to do two things that cause a huge rise in external staffing costs. One is to hire an external staffer during emergencies. These situations are inherently disorganized and inefficient. Naturally, in cases like this, the temporary worker will be under a lot of pressure and that makes their job harder, which in turn increases the final costs. The second thing that management does is to hire an employee with more than enough skills just to fill up a single need. This means that the job will be done exactly on time, but the extra skills demand an increased price. This can be avoided if only the management understands what the job entails and hires a person with just the right skills to do it. This can prevent external staffing costs from rising too high, and can lead to successful corporate change.

How To Use Business Cards To Market Your Business

You’ve had 1,000 of the finest, most eye-catching business cards printed. Now, what do you do with them? Networking with business cards is one of the most cost effective means of marketing your business–and yourself.

Don’t leave them sitting in the box, they do you no good there. Get them into the hands of your prospects! If you think of your business card as a mini-billboard for your company, you’ll realize that you need people to see it in order for it to be effective. Here are a few ideas to get you started…

1) Keep them in your pocket, purse, briefcase, and wallet, on your desk, and at the reception area of your office

Leave some in your car. Always have them on hand so you can introduce yourself to new people when the moment is right. They should be a necessary part of your routine before you leaving home every day. When checking for your wallet and keys, check for a stack of business cards too. Keep replenishing your supply.

2) Store your cards in a nice holder so they don’t get bent

Keeping your business cards in a stylish case makes a better presentation when you give your cards out. Likewise, treat others’ cards well when you accept them. For example, spend a few moments reading the card closely before you put it away. You won’t impress the person by mishandling their business card. If your contact information should change, have new cards printed. Writing in your new email address or phone number leaves a bad impression. For more please visit Business Cards

3) Use them as scrap paper when you need to jot down a note

Instead of a napkin, use the back of your business card to write in your cell phone number. “This is my direct line,” you might say, making the prospect feel important and giving him or her a reason to keep your card.

4) Give people a reason to hold on to your card

Print something unique on the back of it–a calendar, a list of your services, important measurements, or anything relevant to your industry. You could also print a coupon on it, and ask them to return the card with their order, so again they have a reason to keep your card. For more please visit Business Cards

5) As a business owner or manager, have business cards printed for all staff members, right down to the lowest ranking person

The novelty of the cards for those who usually don’t have them will entice employees to hand them out. At the same time, you’ll make them feel appreciated. Your employees are part of your network, so use their networks to generate business for your company.

6) Use your business cards to introduce yourself to prospects you meet at networking functions, in the park or at your children’s soccer games

However, don’t be pushy. Make sure the time is appropriate. One way to do this is to ask for the other person’s card. He or she will likely ask you for your card in return. Another idea is to hand out two or three cards at a time–one for the person you meet, and extras for him or her to hand out to referrals. (Offering to do the same would be the polite thing to do here.) When you go to the doctor or dentist, present your card to the receptionist to announce your presence.

Leaving your business cards to sit in a box or a drawer collecting dust defeats the purpose of having them. They are inexpensive enough to print by the thousands, so hand them out liberally. It’s a cost-effective way to market yourself and your business. Think of the many other ways to empty that box so you need to print more cards. Be creative and you will soon have more business than you can handle!

Does your business card work as hard as you do to gain new contacts? If not, you need cards that will grab attention and spur curiosity. For more please visit Business Cards

Why Is The Minnesota Personal Injury Attorney The Top In The Nation

During a job interview last week I had to chuckle when the interviewer asked me how I ended up living in Minnesota after being raised in Louisiana. I owe it all to a fabulous Minnesota personal injury attorney I hired in the summer of 1985.

At that time, I had just graduated from high school and overjoyed by my new found freedom. The first thing I did was buy a brand new white Volkswagon Golf, with zero miles on the odometer, and speed off toward the open roads to the North. I swear I must have spent eighteen hours a day in that beauty that first week of ownership, finally arriving at my Minneapolis destination on Saturday.

The world was my oyster (for a day), that is until an unnamed Pizza company driver decided that the “30 Minute or Less” guarantee that was their trademark then was more important than driving safely. Fortunately, the injury to my body was slight with some neck and back pain, but my poor VW didn’t have the same lucky prognosis.

The following day I flipped through the Yellow Pages and came across the name of a personal injury attorney whose commercial I had seen that morning on TV. I called and spoke with the office manager who invited me to come on in and discuss what happened. What started off as a nightmare turned into a blessing in disguise. The new job that I had intended to start the following Monday was not to be, or any job for the next eight months, and endless doctor visits took its place finally ending in a settlement out of court. The money I was awarded covered my expenses for all four years at the University of Minnesota and repairs to my vehicle (although the paint never quite matched up after that – never go with the other insurance company’s repair shop, lesson learned!).

If it hadn’t been for that Minnesota personal injury attorney I hired, I firmly believe that the pizza company would still be using this 30-minute guarantee almost 25 years later and others would have been hurt or killed because of it. I don’t want to say that my case was the defining reason for their stopping this campaign but the size of my settlement was certainly enough to give the company pause as to whether it was worth it or not.

Accidents happen. I understand this. However responsibility must be taken and the little guy cannot stand up for himself in the legal world without competent attorneys such as the Minnesota firm I hired. While 33% was a large fee to have given up, in retrospect I would given twice that knowing that my bad luck perhaps prevented someone else from my fate.

An article directory contains thousands of articles on varied subjects, ranging from team building to shopping. Web publishers, such as Webzine owners and bloggers, pick relevant articles from the directory and post them on their own Web sites. The publishers don t need to pay anything for using the articles. However, they are required to replicate the author information at the end of the articles exactly as it is on their own Web sites. So, publishers who select your article in effect provide you completely free Backlinks from their Web sites. These Backlinks provide exposure to your Web site and help drive traffic to it.

Let’s take an example to understand how you can build a powerful backlink network through article writing. Suppose you have a Web site for selling pet care products. You write articles on topics such as Best Food for Dobermans, How to Get a Personalized Pet Collar, and 10 Secrets for Getting the 1st Position in a Pet Show. In the author information box at the end of each article, add a link to your pet care site. Finally, you post these articles on a reputed article directory. Let’s see what results you can expect from posting just these three articles.

Let’s say three of your articles is picked by 5 publishers who use them on their own animal care or pet training newsletter, e zine, or Web site. That gives you 15 backlinks pointing from these other peoples sites to your site all from a single article directory. Now let’s say you modify the three articles a little and submit them to 5 additional directories. If you get a similar response in these directories, the additional backlinks you earn on those same three articles is 225! As you keep on posting an article a day, the number of backlinks to your Web site starts increasing at a phenomenal rate. And, the more backlinks there are to your Web site, the higher will be the number of readers clicking through to your Web site.
