Crude palm oil last Friday reported that Rs 37,500 / ton, higher than the previous week (July 9) and Rs 36,700 / t; and refined soybean oil price rose to Rs 44,500 / ton, higher than the previous week of 43,300 rupees / tone.

Most of India’s edible oil prices followed the trend in overseas markets, the demand for half a year from the import. The country usually buys palm oil from Indonesia and Malaysia and soybean oil from Brazil and Argentina to buy.

Hot, dry weather because of concerns may also adversely affect U.S. soybean yields.

Indore Trade Center, traders said, down in the past few months later, demand picked up before Ramadan.

Ramadan 2010 continued from August 11 to September 9.

But traders are still pointed out that India Madhya Pradesh state may control the prices of rainfall to improve higher.

We call this the substitution fallacy. It’s a common assumption that we can substitute what’s always worked in the past for what is best in the now. Or at another level, we assume we can substitute our own likes and dislikes for those of our customers. What’s the right color for our packaging?” We assume that if we like the packaging, it will sit well with our customers, too. We imagine that our wants, our desires, and our needs are the same as theirs.

But by using systems thinking, we can start to imagine that our customers’ desires may be diametrically different from our own. For example, when a large hospital in California wanted to re-engineer its patient intake process, it found that doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators each had their own ideas about what people wanted when they first entered the hospital. Each group was under the substitution fallacy spell. Doctors assumed patients didn’t need to see them immediately, when in fact, patients rated an initial “hello” from the doctor as the most vital portion of the intake process.

Conducting the research to understand what customers do want is critical to overcoming the substitution fallacy. It means asking tough questions. Policy development is critical as well, because it decreases the margin for substitution fallacy. If some process or decision repeats itself regularly, it should be covered in a written policy. In high-performing organizations, people are encouraged to challenge whether or not a process is right: “Is this policy up to date? Are we capturing the things that truly are important?
